my little bride

Mom was watching the girls for me while I went to the dentist today. When I came home, Catie had put on one of her fancy dresses. It's the lavendar dress that Grandma Jeanne bought for her for her baby dedication at church. Catie calls it her wedding dress. While I was busy doing stuff around the house, I heard her say to Jaden: "Jaden, will you marry me?" He smiled but didn't immediately answer her, so I told her that it's against the law to marry your sister, that she'd have to marry one of her boy friends, like Nathan from church. She thought about it for a minute and said: "But he's just a little kid!" This is the dress she was wearing at the time.

So I let her try on my wedding dress for fun. She's tried it on before, but it's always fun.

And Allison the bride.

What a beautiful bride, maybe when she comes to visit I'll get my wedding dress out and she can dress up with Leah. I must have the cuties little girls in the world look at that Allison a year from now they will be dressing up together. Love Grandms

Tell Katie she can't get married yet, her flower girl isn't born yet, heck the flower girls parents are probably in the sixth grade right now. She will just have too wait for them to get married first and raise a little girl. Love Daddy
