This is the costume for Catie's dance program in three weeks, Yankee Doodle Dandy - which is appropriate because it says "Born on the 4th of July" in the song and she was.


This bruise is a case of boys will be boys. His friend was driving a tractor and Jaden was 'water skiing' behind the tractor in a little red wagon while the friend that was driving the tractor was trying to buck him off. He did. He had road rash on one leg and a deep bruise on the other. Fun.

Happy Mudder's Day

It was a great Mother's Day for me. I was woken up to pancakes with fresh blueberries and bacon. I got a card with a gift certificate to get a pedicure and a manicure. From the boys I got coupons that say stuff like: One free chore, one free hug, Jaden gave me one free Go Away!! and a half price car wash ($2.50) while Nathan gave me a free car wash (gee, which will I redeem first?) I'm so using the free hug coupons when they're mad at me. Catie gave me a dozen long stemmed dandelions. Love them. Anyways, this short video is for Jeanne:
